Missed the 4th min and completed the 3 clusters after the 5th min timer kicked off.
Feel like I’m back to square one. Breathing heavy and out of sync. This was hard for a 5 minute workout.

20 double unders
Double unders were pretty cool today considering I haven’t done them in weeks, maybe months. Last set of double unders 20 unbroken. Forearms are burning and this definitely was needed. Back to the drawing board to get my wind back during these workouts.
