PreWOD: 3 rounds
Wasn’t able to do these together…did 3 warm up sets of 400M rows. Then proceeded to do 3 sets of 5 handstand pushups.
WOD: For time w/ 12 min. time cap
Power Clean, 95 lbs
Bench Press, 135 lbs
2-4-6-8 stopped at 7 minute mark due to my lower back being tight from deadlifts previous day. Definately feel the soreness.
Will retest this in the near future.
