Bench press
135# for 10
155# for 8
175# for 3
135# for 10

Air squats
2 sets of 10

Deadlifts
135# for 10
185# for 8
225# for 6
245# for 5

Barbell shrugs
3 sets of 8 reps at 135#

KB upside down press
3 sets of 5 reps at 20# on each arm, very slow and controlled.

Alternated between the kb upside down presses and the shrugs per set.

WOD: 3 rounds
10 power cleans, 135#
10 dumbbell snatches, 40#
20 American Kettlebell Swings, 35#
