8 Mile Run

Warm up: 15 min. Stretch

WOD: Run 8 miles

Results: Miles 10.04, time 1:19:29, pace 7:55. I mistakenly didn’t map out my run before going. I kind of winged it. Once I got to 8 I wasn’t going to walk home. I ended up trucking through to finish this at my starting spot. Also caught a cramp at nearing the 6th mile.

20 second flutter kicks

Completely forgot about doing the flutter kicks post WOD after the run.

A friend asked me to play on his team in this basketball league. I accepted. It was a playoff game and we lost but got to run some more. Calves are burning from the jumping but can’t complain about the workout the game gave us.
