WOD: 4 mile run
Results: 4.01 miles, 37:31 time, 9:20 pace
Feeling: Felt great and kept reminding myself to breathe because there are stretches where I can run and forget i’m running and just breathe normally. I wanted to breathe more efficiency and can still work on this and clean it up. Loved being out on the road this morning. Weather was beautiful.
