Odd minutes: 4 pull-ups + 3 Toes to bar

Even minutes: 30 seconds handstand hold + 30 second plank hold

WOD: 20 min. AMRAP

100 meter sprint

12 deadlifts 166#

8 knees to elbows

6 push-ups

Results: 6 rounds 100 meter

Thought I did 5 rounds but my pennies I use for round counts says 5. I’m impressed haha.

Post WOD: For time, five rounds of:

96 pound Deadlift, 12 reps

96 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps

96 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Results: 10:54
