WOD: 4 rounds for time w/ 25 min. cap

20 knees to elbow

20 box jumps

10 power snatches, 91 lbs

20 second handstand holds

10 power snatches, 91 lbs

20 Russian Kettlebell swings, 53 lbs

Results: 2 complete rounds and 9 seconds of the 20 second handstand hold before the time cap. I ended up finishing the handstand hold and finished with 25:11 time cap.

259 reps within the 25 min time cap.

270 reps with the 25:11 min time cap.
