1 hang power clean

WOD: For time w/ 18 min. Time cap

21 lateral burpees

20 power cleans, 91 lbs

15 lateral burpees

20 front squats, 91 lbs

12 lateral burpees

20 thrusters, 91 lbs

9 lateral burpees

Results:

Strength: 91# and 115# reps also did some 5 rep cleans at each weight and did 2 reps at 161#.
