Warm up: Stretch + PVC Shoulder pass throughs then 30 box jumps, 30″

WOD: 18 min AMRAP

12 muscle snatch 91#

12 alternating KB clean and press 53# first round, 12KG = 26# KB every other round

12 alternating plate overhead lunges 35#

24 second flutter kicks

Results: 4 rounds = 240 total reps

Could be this specific workout but still starting slow but finishing so strong in the later rounds. Feel a slight improvement in stamina and endurance, specially in the later rounds.
