Abs and Thrusters

Warm up: Dynamic Stretches (high kicks, broad jumps, good mornings) + Shoulder mobility excercices

Strength: Find Heavy (1RM) Thruster

WOD: 8 min. AMRAP

12 Toes to Bar (or knees to bar, or 24 Abmat sit-ups)

8 Thrusters (50% off 1RM)



4 complete rounds. 8 reps into the 24 sit ups of round 5.every rep counts. Total rep count of 136.  Feel so much better than yesterday’s performance… Feel like I redeemed myself with this one. Proud I was able to get into the 5th round.

Post WOD:
Military dumbbell press 5×5:
50-50-55-55-60 (last set of 60lb dumbbells only cranked out 2 reps) in between sets I did 10 air squats.
