10 KB swings 53lb

5 Toes to Bar

Results:

5 rounds completed and the count ended with 1 toe to bar rep into the 6th round. Total rep count of 101. Need to work on toe to bar form. Couldn’t do them earlier at the gym due to lack of pull-up bar. Really wanted to tackle them so this afternoon pick me up was perfect. I have a long way to go but I see progress and much needed improvements.
