Deadllifts, Front Squats, and Push-ups

Warm up:
200M
2 rounds:
10 good mornings
10 stretch lunges
10 burpee
10 squat stretches
10 squats

WOD: For time
1 mile run before
5 rounds:
10 deadlifts
10 front squats
10 push-ups
1 mile Run after 5th round

First round 50lb dumbbell and each round after drop the weight by 10lbs
Round 1: 50lb
Round 2: 40lb
Round 3: 30lb
Round 4: 20lb
Round 5: 10lb

Results: 29:38
