“Nancy” Scaled…AGAIN

Warm-up: Got a good warm up swimming for about 10 minutes of constant back and forth across the pool for about 30 minutes prior to the WOD.

WOD: Nancy

15 overhead squats with barbell (scaled) 45lbs

400M

Results: 23:50 with training mask 2.0 set at 6,000 feet altitude setting for the entirety of the workout. Man, that was tough!
