Warm up: World’s greatest stretch

Workout 1: Find 1RM power clean

Workout 2: 2 sets of 3 power cleans 90% of 1RM

Workout 3: 3 sets 5 power cleans 80% of 1RM

Workout 4: Find 1RM deadlift

Workout 5: 2 sets of 3 deadlifts at 90% of 1RM

Workout 6: 3 sets of 5 deadlifts at 80% of 1RM


W1: 155# PR
W2: 135#
W3: 125#
W4: 275# PR
W5: 245#
W6: 185# Grip was done by this workout… Couldn’t go with 225 at the true 80% of my PR. The 100 pull-ups from yesterday really took my grip.
