In honor of Lieutenant Micheal Murphy, 29, of Patchoguen NY, who was killed in Afganistan June 28th, 2005.

Workout: For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Results: 65:20

Did not have a weighted vest. First mile with the training mask set at 15,000 feet altitude simulation. All push-ups were unbroken. Movements were broken down into 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats.
