Results: Completed the warm up with the Training Mask 2.0 on. Completed the WOD in 7:40. First round of 21 was the toughest on the burpees. Its just mentally getting through that and it gets easier cause your going to do 15 on the next round. All KB swings were unbroken and the burpees kicked my butt. Glad that tomorrow is a day off.
