Run for time

Warm up: Static stretch + practice clean

WOD: For time

Run 1 mile every 12 min. for 36 min. Use remaining of time of the 12 min time cap to recover.

Results:

First mile 8:30

Second mile: 8:51

Third mile: 8:24

Total time: 25:45

Feeling: Started off fast on my second run and it flamed me out quick. So on my third run I found my groove.
