Push-ups, burpees, and 200’s

Stretch:
Just get loose and warm

WOD:
AMRAP for 20 mins:
10 push-ups
5 burpees
200 meter sprint

Results:
Finished with 8 complete rounds. On the 9th round I completed both push-ups and burpee sets and didn’t have time for the 200 meter sprint.

Total:
Push-ups = 90
Burpees = 45
200 meter sprint = 1.6 mile
