Run then WOD

Decided to go for a 3 mile run but went couldn’t help myself. Had a constant pace going and felt really good. Finished with 3.82 miles but felt really good doing it.

WOD:
3 rounds for time
20 air squats
10 butterfly sit-ups
5 burpees
