Just cruising

Warm up: stretch and 5 sets of 20 second handstand holds

WOD: 25 min. Bike ride at low intensity (just cruise)

Post WOD:
10 sets of 1 Tempo squat (focusing on pushing knees out)
2 seconds down
3 second hold at bottom
1 second up


Could feel the muscles firing after the warm up. 5.34 miles or so on the bike… Constant pace… Just cruised. Keeping my arms holding the handle bars was more challenging than the bike ride it self… Muscles in the upper body were firing… I feel so swole from the pump of the handstand holds.
