5 Miles

As part of my continued course of fitness I was prescribed 5 miles.

Results:

5 miles in 48:43 at a pace of 9:44 per mile.

Feeling:

I feel good. Couldn’t wait to get a workout in since I had yesterday off to rest. Abs are sore but that nice sore feeling if there is ever a such thing. I feel good!
