Pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and box jumps

Warm up:

3 rounds

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 30 air squats
  • PVC mobility stretches

Strength:

4 rounds

  • 5 second goblet squat
  • 20 second handstand holds

WOD:

20 minute AMRAP

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 5 toes-to-bar (knees to elbow scaled down)
  • 10 box jumps at 24″

Results:

8 full rounds at 160 reps. Also performed the warm ups with the training mask 2.0 on. I did scale the toes-to-bar with my knees to elbow.

Post workout feeling:

Felt pretty good, can feel the effects on my shoulders and lats burning during the workout.
