200 meter run, pull-ups, and thrusters

20 min AMRAP

  • 200 meter run
  • 10 pull-up, lat machine, row station, bent over row, ect (I chose the bent over row)
  • 15 thrusters at 95 lbs

Results:

Finished with 4 rounds but on the last round I was able to get in 5 thrusters before the time was up. I did finish off the last 10 after the time to complete the set. Chose bent over rows over pull-ups due to the equipment at the gym.

Post workout feeling:

Felt good, had a good rhythm going and felt comfortable with the routine.
