5 rounds for time:
- 5 handstand push-ups
- 5 dead-lifts at 225 lbs (scale back if I need to)
- add 20 lbs every round
Ended with the time of 11:48 though I could not move up in weight round by round so I kept it at 225 for the duration of the workout. The dead-lifts were broken up as well with 3 reps then 2 reps due to the grip. I’m not using any gloves or anything.
Post workout feeling:
Felt good, broke a good sweat and legs weren’t jello from the 7 mile run in the previous day. Body responded well.
